Do I really need a highlight reel?
If you were a college coach, would you spend one hour watching a full match of a player you never heard of? Especially if it was 1 of 200 matches you had to review? I didn't think so. However, if the same player sent you a 4-6 minute highlight reel, you would watch it. The highlight reel is the bait you use to get a coach to want more. If the coach likes the highlight reel, he / she will come see you in person and / or watch the full set or match you have uploaded to your profile.

How do you build your highlight reels?
We have built hundreds of volleyball highlight reels in the past 12 months. When we build your reel, we can use any video you can get your hands on. If you have video from the high school season, club tournament or another event, we can use it to build your highlight reel! You simply fill out an online form indicating your best plays, mail us your DVDs and we have your reel uploaded to your Player Profile in a week. Yes, you receive your originals back plus a copy of your new highlight reel. We have the process down to a science!
How do you film the games?
All matches are shot from a full court perspective, or what we like to call "The Coach's Perspective". It's important for coaches to see where the ball is coming from and what the result of the ball is for each point. You are always involved in the play regardless if you touch the ball or not. When a college coach watches the footage, the coach is able to evaluate your movement, how well you can read the play, your communication with other players, and your execution when you do touch the ball. You can see some samples of the footage we have shot in the past here. Typically we pause filming to remove the "down-time" (shagging, subs, time-outs, etc), however if you prefer we let it run, let us know. All games will be mailed 7-10 business days after the tournament on DVD format. If you would like to upload your footage elsewhere, you are able to rip the footage from the DVD.
