Amanda Millard is the Director of VolleyballRecruits.net. Amanda, a Texas native, started her volleyball career playing for the North Dallas and Texas Advantage Volleyball club programs. She was heavily recruited by many schools, including Baylor and Texas Christians University (TCU), but ultimately signed at the University of Denver (DU) where she received a four year full athletic scholarship. In addition to being a Division I athlete, she earned a Business/Marketing degree from DU’s Daniels College of Business. At DU, Amanda enjoyed many successes on and off the court, some of which include: being voted the 2005 team MVP, receiving the “Strength and Conditioning Female Athlete of the Year Award” from her graduating class, and maintaining Academic–All-Conference standings all four years. Amanda was named 2nd Team All-Conference her senior year and was a NCAA Female Athlete of the Year Award nominee. Outside of volleyball, Amanda served as Co-President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and was the first DU volleyball student-athlete to study abroad (she went to Sevilla, Spain) which paved the way for others to enjoy the same opportunity. After graduation, Amanda worked as a successful Account Manager at IKON Office Solutions where she developed her sales and marketing skills. Since then, she has enjoyed working with several start-up companies including 4L Events, LLC where she served as Vice President. Amanda is excited to have the opportunity to share her knowledge of volleyball and the recruiting process to help make your experience easier and, YES, enjoyable!

Chris Meade – Director of Development

Chris is Director of Development at VolleyballRecruits.net and co-founder of Sports Recruits LLC. Prior to launching VolleyballRecruits.net, Chris and his business partner, Matt Wheeler, launched the successful recruiting tool, LacrosseRecruits.com. LacrosseRecruits.com has quickly positioned itself as the market leader in boys and girls lacrosse and is The Official Recruiting Tool of US Lacrosse. At LacrosseRecruits.com, Chris manages and executes business development with travel programs, events and national organizations. At VolleyballRecruits.net, he will work with Amanda to develop strategic partnerships in the volleyball market. Chris studied International Relations at Wesleyan University and graduated in 2005. On the field, Chris was a 4-year letter winner and captain of the men's lacrosse team.

Matt is Director of Operations at VolleyballRecruits.net and co-founder of Sports Recruits LLC. Prior to launching VolleyballballRecruits.net, Matt and his business partner, Chris Meade, launched the successful lacrosse recruiting tool, LacrosseRecruits.com. Matt is responsible for marketing initiatives and project management at LacrosseRecruits.com. He will work with Amanda to develop sales and marketing strategies for VolleyballRecruits.net. Matt earned an Economics degree from Wesleyan University and graduated in 2005. On the field, Matt was a 4-year letter winner and captain of the men's lacrosse team.

Norbert Bielan – Post Production Director

Norb is the Director of Post-Production at VolleyballRecruits.net. He creates player highlight reels, skills videos, films, and manages our event videographer staff.  Prior to joining VolleyballRecruits.net, he begin his career freelancing in the video production/post-production industry.  Norb gained invaluable experience from interning and serving as a Production Assistant for several major networks, including MTV and ESPN-affiliated companies.  He has extensive experience filming the top high school and collegiate programs as well as producing content for the New York Jets on JetsInsider.com. His highlight reels have been renowned as the top editing work in the world of volleyball.

Norb graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY), College at Oneonta, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications, with a concentration in Production, and a minor in Communication Studies. He is proficient with various video and audio editing software and hardware.
